Ikmal’s Mid-term exam results.
Aku pergi ambik report card Ikmal pagi tadi. Dia dapat nombor 9 dalam kelas. Daripada 13 students semuanya. Aku a bit dissapointed, tapi abah dia suka gila. Katanya, “Ikmal dapat kalahkan abah sebab dulu masa tadika abah dapat nombor last!” Yeah, right, try telling that to a teacher’s daughter yang selalu terpaksa struggle to perform sebab ayah dia seorang cikgu. :( Cikgu dia kata, kena ada revision lagi kat rumah, especially bab membaca. Aku tengok kertas exam dia, ada yang okay (Jawi – 97/100), tapi ada gak yang KO (Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Arab – 68/100). That’s it, Ikmal. No more computer games for you. And definitely no RC this time.

Yep, KL banjir lagi. Dan kali terakhir banjir seteruk ni aku rasa ialah pada tahun 2003. I was there, man, stuck kat tengah2 KL lepas balik kerja, trying to make my way thru all the water- filled areas. Kalau tak salah aku, masa tu aku kat Lebuh Ampang, tengah cari jalan nak gi stesen LRT yang terdekat, tapi aku cuma dapat sampai ke stesen Bandaraya (kat Sogo tu). Sigh, I missed my fave bands so much. And frankly speaking, not listening to my fave songs during this time, it really sucks. Why? Because I had to subject my poor ears to all those shits they’re playing on the radio on the next cubicle. I fuckin hate it! At least let me work in a quiet, peaceful environment, can or not? Last night my SO slept at 4 am. Yup, can’t blame him though, he’s one of those people yang particular about his job and has a huge sense of responsibility. Tapi aku nak tergelak bila aku kejut dia bangun solat subuh tadi.
Moi: Abah, bangun subuh.
Him: (Mumbling something with his eyes closed) Dispose, yes dispose the bond.
Moi: *slaps head* *rolls eyes*
